poor service and zero communication with customers. If they tell you 45 minutes expect to be there for closer to 90 minutes. Always running behind and understaffed, if you're lucky they'll set your car aside to work on another car for an hour.
Don't bother making an appointment. Had an oil change appointment for 9am checked in at 8:45. 10am car still hasn't even been started. We ended up leaving, over and hour and still waiting for them to even start is just crazy.

We had a flat tire in Jackson on our way to Chelsea from hillsdale at 5:45 on Sunday. We pulled into Sears garage 4 mins before closing and they fixed the tire for us!!! And we're so nice about it. Most places would have turned us away at that time. Technician Bob and manager Kelly went above and beyond to send us safely on our way. They were awesome. Thank you from Henry and Pam!!!!
So fat so good from a retired ASE cert. Tech. Firsttime buying tires at sears.. they're taking care of issue promptly...great counter work..
