The service was top notch. I believe that I received an accurate estimate and feel good knowing that I am dealing with a reputable company.
I did not go to the length of getting a second opinion, which I do believe in, however the guarantee and reputation of the company put my mind at ease regarding any issues that may arise.
I purchased a set of 4 tires from this location. They did try to sell me on many different services, but that's expected. I added an oil change to my order but when I went to pick up the car, they hadn't done the oil change. They were friendly enough to remove the charge for that since I didn't want to wait longer, but they also claimed I needed a front tire alignment. I took my vehicle to another shop and that shop provided me a detailed printout of the data gathered from their alignment check, showing I didn't need a front tire alignment at all.
They have been great to me the couple of times I have been in.
A typical Firestone! No complaints per say but they are always trying to sell those extra services. They do well explaining what each are and such and usually friendly. Price wise its expensive and there other places around id trust more but average work!
I also believe some items from my center console were taken and footage from my dash cam deleted to cover the tracks. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I know only give it two stars. The reason for tbis is because when I got my car washed the blowers weren't even working and the didn't bother telling me that my car wouldn't be dried. They charged me full price too?
