Everybody has great customer service. The best one on town.
Not bad though they do need to work on there customer service. I had a issue with them when I spent $200 on parts and they forgot to put it on my rewards card when I asked them to fix it I was told I would have to call the number on the back of my card rather then them offering to call the number and fix it since they where the ones who made the mistake.
If you're going to DIY, in this town, it's probably a good idea to start here. They actually had the edge case specialty tools, and a manual, for a rather aged car I'm working on.
I swear by Auto zone for my auto parts needs, and of course I use my Auto zone plus card, and compare pricing.
