We are from KY and our Aviator broke down in Jackson. AAA towed us to Auto Lab and we were nervous because we knew nothing about them. They looked at it very early that Saturday and had it done by noon that day. They explained what was wrong and even took pictures and texted them to me. I appreciate the time they took to explain things to me and the price wasn't bad at all. BTW guys, your "quick fix" got us all the way back to Kentucky with no problems. Thank you!!
So now I will have to try to fix the radio, but I'm wondering what else the mechanic did. There is a lot of trust when you take your car in, and when this kind of thing happens, you know something is seriously wrong.
Daughter has an older car that needed several items repaired/replaced. She phoned and was given an estimate and the needed repairs made as quoted and for less $. I went with her and was happily surprised. They were and did great. This from a hobby mechanic.

Ive never had to write a review like this. I went in to Autolab Jackson, and after getting a rear tail light fixed, I noticed several things: The rear panel for the light was lying on the trunk floor, it had not been replaced. The front air filter panel in the passenger side was lying on the floor there. The radio knob was snapped off and we found the knob on the floor. This is un-fixable by replacement, so the radio is trashed. Later I looked under the hood, and I saw the window washer fluid top was open.
