These guys are phenomenal! We had our Firebird stored for over 8 years and they came and picked it up and did all the updates to it so I can drive it again. She runs like a brand new car and I can't wait for springtime now to get her back out of hibernation. This is the only tow service I call now. They care about your vehicle like it's their own.
I had a good experience at jimmies towing/auto service. I dropped my truck off on a friday&it was done on monday of the next week.Runs good and i give them a 5 stars,and do recommend them to everyone.RW
I called AAA who sent a Jimmie's truck to help me with some tire trouble, the technician came to my house, suggested it wasn't what I thought it was, and said the guys at Jimmie's would be ready to help as soon as I got there. He gave me easy directions, and once I got there, everyone was so nice and helpful. They fixed the problem, for a low cost. I'm a new Michigan resident, and it's hard to find a trusting auto repair shop like the one I had in Ohio. Based on this small experience I hope to deal with them again!
I was surprised by their quick response. My flat was changed in about 5 minutes and I was back on the road. Definitely customer oriented!! Thank you for the excellent service.
