Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Ive been going rounds with these guys over there for more than a year about a shotty transmission rebuild in my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer. They take my truck keep it for weeks and when I get it back its doing the same exact thing. And then to top it off this time I go to pick it up and my $800.00 car audio amplifier is GONE! They have offered no help in finding this amp. I was even hung up on while speaking with Deke himself. And they say that my warranty is now expired on the vehicle. The vehicle was NEVER FIXED! Off to court we go. They are going to make me sue them to recoup my losses, More legal fees and more of the court wasting their time and taxpayer money because a business cannot be honest and up front and offer to make things right.
