I've been a customer for over 8 years and have never had a bad experience. I work with Joe mostly but I've worked with Louis as well. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful and have a great positive attitude. This is the place to go to for anything Verizon related.

Im not a customer anymore for verizon but when we signed up here they were super nice employees. They were very helpful and didnt pressure you to buy this or that. They actually knew what they were doing and made a good experience that can often be stressful. Highly recommend this store over the rest in Jackson

Randy went above and beyond for us multiple times. From obtaining specific color phones for us from an Ann Arbor store, to putting on our protective glass covers and most of all for switching our boys' phones from AT&T to Verizon on Christmas.
