A few years ago this location was 5 stars, but my experiences over the last 2 years have been horrible. There's only 1 employee that has been helpful but when the manager is worthless and rude there's little they can do. I've had to spend hours on the phone to get issues resolved which should have been able to be taken care of in person if I chose to. Angry 10+ year customer!
I love att service but live in Austin, Texas. I needed help with myphone and went to Jackson, Michigan Corporate Store. I have never been helped so much or been treated so nicely.

Last chance of hope for my service to stay with AT&T today. Cell phone has been with Cingular and then the merger with AT&T,15 years, but the internet and TV service has made me frustrated and ready to walk away. Well two installs did not happen but the third was a success!!! Great speed and technician was great. Can’t wait for the Direct TV because cable take Ethernet. Thanks all
