If you know nothing about a computer then come here. You're probably not expecting much in one. If you want power then do some research and buy from the manufacture directly.
Geek squad here is insanely expensive. I remember in high school they charged me $50 for a ram install. All you did is remove a few screws and pop it in! I'd hate to see prices on something more critical.
Everything was good until I got to the register. Had a $25 reward certificate to spend. Cashier couldn't get it to work. Asst. Mgr. came over. Couldn't get it to work. General manager couldn't get it to work. They all kept trying the same thing over and over again. Gen. Mgr. then calls somewhere, is on the phone for 10 mins. Turns out my reward certificate wasn't linked to my reward account (??). So the manager just overrides something to give me the $25 off. Store personnel weren't really at fault, but was annoying to wait for 30 minutes to make my purchase
This store has some wonderful employees but they are few and far between. One associate treated my mother and I very poorly, she was sarcastic and downright rude and treated her job like she was doing it for just the money and had 0 integrity. If you want products this store is definitely decent with supply but in my opinion their customer service needs to be drastically improved.
We bought a TV here a few years back and it is already having issues. The buttons one the side now all change the channel down (with the exception of the power button).
They are very expensive for what they provide. However I'm a Computer Science major, so when it comes to computers I often find it cheaper just to build one myself. They have a decent selection and for some reason my parents keep coming here. Most of the stuff here though you can get much cheaper on amazon.
Absolutly FABULOUS!! JOHN AND JOSH went out of there way too help my husband and I. And we had a lot of questions!! Thank you both.. Three manager was great too. Lover this store!!
Great selection on electronics and appliances. Love the new look. Geek squad though needs more training and should look into being able to do electronic repairs not just cleaning or laptops.
