I ordered a battery for my 8 year old HP computer on line. I was able to pick it two days later ( my choice. It was there the next day ) Took my computer with me. Great Guy at the store removed the old battery and kept it to be recycled. Put in the new battery which has revived my aging computer. The Jackson, Michigan store is Wonderful. My friend needed a new watch battery a month ago and took it in where the helpful lady installed the battery for her !
This was a great experience that I wish I had known about before. Until I needed 2 batteries, which is a dent in the wallet, I thought BPB only sold household bulbs. Searching online led me to them. Both batteries I bought online, got the 10%discount and was at the store by 830am. Heather at the Jackson store was great! She took my old battery out with a little effort on a cold Michigan December morning. Never complained about my Kia having some oddball bracket system. She got right on YouTube and found assistance. Then she noticed right away the truck battery that I brought for the core wasn’t the same size as I purchased online. Not a problem. into the store for an exchange, a $12 difference and out the door i went. All within 30 min. Heather is a great asset at BPB’s. I’d highly recommend this business. I’ve read many good reviews so customer service seems to be a priority for BPB’s- kudos!
didn't have the battery in stock I had purchased online(online store said check for availability - I didn't). Salesperson was quick to offer other options to make it work for me. Very happy.
