I've been coming into The Collector's Zone for a couple years now, I love the store. I shop mostly for Magic cards and the employees are really cool but I have one complaint that really bugs me and a few others I've talked with. Nate is constantly on his phone texting or whatever while I'm trying to talk to him about the game or ask for prices/see binders and I find I have to repeat myself multiple times before he snaps out of it and pays attention to what I'm asking. It's not only me, I've seen him do it to other customers, I find it extremely rude. I only come in for 5 minutes at a time, it's not like I talk his ear off and he can't seem to stay away from his phone for more than a few seconds. I still plan on shopping here frequently but this is a problem just trying to help out
If you are looking for a professional atmosphere with employees constantly asking you if they can help you, you aren't going to find it here. I have been a customer at the collectors zone for 15 years. Not only are these guys laid back but These guys also know what they are talking about. They will let you shop in peace or They will help you if you need help, and they will talk to you if you just want to shoot the breeze. They have everything you could possibly want Magic the Gathering related, They carry THOUSANDS of comic books, and they are carry signed memorabilia for an avid sports fan. They also hold Magic the gathering and YuGioH Tournaments. There is no reason to not like this place and the guys that work there.
I think any of the negatives reviews on here are from people with a personal vendetta and do not reflect the true experience you will have at this store. I have shopped at the collector's zone for a long time now. The staff is great, super friendly and helpful. They have good deals on many items and will work with you on fair prices. They have a great selection of collectable items and the website is kept up to date very well. They host a lot of events and do a good job running them. Just ask Nate or Dylan for help and they will be happy too! I will continue to shop here for a long time. Trust me, I'm an engineer!

Everyone except the owner is rude. I don't see anything changing since these guys have worked there forever. I just take my business to the WAY better option downtown. These people could have had a lot more money from me, however I felt completely unwelcome every time I came in.
