I have taken my shih tzu here to be groomed a few times and I've never been satisfied. They have clipped her nails too short and made her bleed, they have nicked her stomach, and she recently picked up fleas from the salon. Very disappointed in their services and excuses.

Thank you for treating like that the family of an active duty military that’s giving up their lhomes, friends etc every 3 years to move from coast to coast because we are loving this country so much that we will sacrifice all that and put our kids through all that changes. And we will do it over and over. Yes we wanted to get a few fish for our son that had to give up his beloved fish because we couldn’t move them from West coast. I have a lot of pets, I spend $00 every month. Petsmart will never see my business again.
Always great and caring experience. Lori-anne goes out of her way, and gives not only 100%, but 1000%. One of my little FURRIES went to the RAINBOW BRIDGE in June, and Lori-anne always made KHALA FEEL SAFE!!
We live in 21 century: you cannot judge someone social status anymore on their close or their grammar!!!! I speak 4 languages I have a master degree!!! Yes I was dress like a hippie and have an accent! But :Really???? You will treat me worse then a garbage and not be willing to sell me a snail or a few 1/4 inch fish???

I had this teenage girl from fish department ( with a black plastic chocher-for identification purposes) not wanting to sell me a snail today because my tank is not big enough. We bought a few very l small fish last night and today I told her we moved them from 10 gallons to 20 gallons: she started to interrogate me about it: “but you told me you have just a tank and it’s 10 gallon, me: I have a bunch of reptiles of course I have more tanks in the house.... she:”but you told me it’s just one... after she let me wait for ever while she is complaining to her manager about me!!! A snail people!!! A snail....!!!! After the manager is explaining to me me that she is worried about the well-being of the animals.!!!! I understand! I also know : your duty is to inform the adults and they will take the decision. I had fish all my 41 years old life... I builded entire ecosystems for schools and in my back yard!!!! What’s going on???? Never ever heard of someone treating a buying customer like that..... ever !! And the manager told her to sell me the snail and she handle it to me like a piece of ... with anger to rip me apart. I said :”Thank you” no: welcome” back or anything. Why I didn’t give up? Because my kids were with me and I didn’t wanted to make it traumatic for them... I started to laugh about it because it was such an immature experience I never had before and then it domed on me: “I have an accent and dark hair””” that’s why both times I was treated so disrespectfulby that blond girl. It’s outrageous!!! That couldn’t happen over a snail that’s $2!!!!
