Really needs a larger space. Not easy to shop due to clutter. As tge ONLY sporting goods store in Jackson, they should be better equipped to serve the athletes of Jackson's community. They nearly never have what I need or the specifications(size, color, ect) that I need it. Would love to see them expand their space and stock accordingly.
They have way too much packed into there with little room to make it easy to browse for what you want. While I was there today, the manager brutally ripped into a young lady cashier right there in front of about ten customers. When it was suggested to him by a customer that he was in the wrong for doing so, he got huffy with said customer and continued to talk bad about his employee. Extremely unprofessional and lacking any kind of leadership qualities to the point that if this is what Dunham's wishes to have as a manager that it explains a lot as to why I am far from the only one to give them such a low review.
Classic bait and switch when dealing with their firearms, have a huge sale on a pistol and you're sold out on the second day of a week long sale and don't order more of them? Say you'll still honor it if we have it in stock, but never stock them. Clueless employees that have no answers and just pass you off to the next or tell you to call other stores who won't honor it. I will never shop at this store again. Worst experience I've ever had for something so simple. I've talked to four different stores, 2 different managers, corporate, and even left a message for the higher -ups which was never returned.
They won't honor your CPL(company policy). My new policy is to never step foot in this place again. I'll be taking my hard earned $ elsewhere.
I am never greeted by an employee and I often find better deals online.
