This place is great. The food is always fresh and tasty, and they get it in your hands very quickly. The quality, IMHO, far exceeds Subway. The people are really friendly and helpful. The store is also scrupulously clean.

The store is one and a half miles away and and they say I'm out there delivery Zone... that makes no sense what are they doing? walking?! Everywhere else is further away and they still deliver... . . . sad sad, lost a what used to be happy customer. Guess I'll be ordering from Potbelly's from now on.
I love Jimmie John's and visiting there, they've always been quick and friendly. I'd give more stars but they don't deliver to my location. I'd order from them all the time if they would. They really need another store on my side of town.
