The pizza is a hit or a miss and the customer service isn't the greatest. Not as cheap as little ceaser but still pretty good pizza
The food is great. There's great prices and great deals. The service is fast and easy. I always get what i asked for. I love that hugry Howie's.
Worst service ever. I placed a delivery order was told it would be here in 30 minutes waited an hour then called for them to say they had it for pickup. The they went to say I’d have to pay a delivery fee on top of what I’ve already paid for pizza. What a joke. The manager clearly doesn’t know how to manage.
Honestly the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Waited for 15-20 minutes inside the building before even being acknowledged. When I finally was they gave me half my order and walked away, I had to get the girl's attention to let her know my order was incomplete. When I got home my pizza wasn't even cut into slices... I will absolutely never go back. So disappointed.
these pizza places haven't changed a bit. lousy customer service, under staffed, long waiting times. Management and owners need a different job. most of you don't know how to run a business properly
