Ordered a buffalo chicken salad (small) with DOUBLE chicken. I received 3 pieces of chicken. Figuring this was an error I took it in and John explained that it goes by ounces not by a number. So I was only getting 3 peices of chicken for a double order of chicken. This salad was $10.68 for 3 peices of chicken. I asked if I were to order a normal order of chicken on the salad if they would only give me 1 piece of chicken if the ounces matched what they were supposed to give. He said yes, I would only get ONE peice of chicken in a buffalo chicken salad. Still frustrated, I was just going to order some wings to be able to have some on my salad since I was only getting 3 peices. I asked if I could place an order for some buffalo chicken wings and asked how many I could get, he said there was NO way to guess on how many I would get from a 10 ounce order. (My boyfriend and I had both gotten the salad with a low amount of chicken so we would be splitting that wing order) I was not going to order their only size wing order if I would only get another 3 wings. This hardly makes sense explaining but I can't believe I got 3 wings for a double order of chicken. I will never order from Jet's again.
Delicious pizza. Never disappointed. Crust is so tasty I don't even give it to my dog! ( that's how good it is)
Well this was our first time eating the pineapple and barbecue chicken and it was delicious best I ever ate
Four corner pizza is excellent but don't EVER get the Jet's boat. I get onion, G.B. pepper and italian sausage and the 3 times I've ordered it it was barely warm in the middle and waaaay too much G. B. peppers. That is the reason for 4 stars.
I went to jets at 11:40 am and ordered a chicken Caesar salad. I was told it would be approximately 10 minutes for the chicken to cook. Ok, No problem. Almost 15 minutes later I was approached by a manager who informed me they were out of lettuce. She offered me something else or money back. I asked if she was a manager and she answered yes. I pointed out that as a manager myself, she should have gone to the store to make sure they had lettuce for their lunch rush. She then informed me they have a truck coming later that day! Wow! I wasted half my lunch. Never offered a salad on the house at a later date or anything. Very disappointed with the customer service!
