Great experience...lady that helped us sat down and was very knowledgeable about the rings...she offered good deals. I like that it's a family owned place too...the warranty was a good deal too!

I was just killing time as my wife was shopping at other stores and the saleswoman treated my almost 2 year old daughter with the same respect you would an adult. I was very impressed that she paid attention to us knowing I was only in there for my daughter to burn off some energy. Definitely will consider this place next time I need something for my wife.
Absolutely terrible experience every time I go there, or call. Can't keep staff to save themselves. No one knows their ass from their elbow. But what do you expect, it's jacksons finest.
