My experience buying an engagement ring at Medawar’s was exceptional. Kim and Roger were both very personable and helpful. I never felt pressured to buy something I wasn’t interested in. I did shop around before settling on Medawar’s and they had the best prices and customer service by far. Would highly recommend!
We purchased a 'mother's ring' for mom, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! Very timely for a special order. And the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful... especially our consultant, Tammi. Ask for her! We will definitely return!
Kim has always assisted me with my purchases, maintenance or new ideas. She's informative and willing to go the extra mile when I'm being difficult, lol. Thank you for such great customer service and quality product every time. I will not purchase elsewhere.
I have shopped at this Medawar location for about 5 years and would not want to go anywhere else. Kim, Roger and Tammy are the best! Kim normally waits on me and is very patient and personable, not pushy at all. The work that Roger does on my jewelry is absolutely wonderful, I have never had any complaints! They always go out of their way to get stuff in quick for me if they don't have it in stock. I would recommend this jeweler to everyone.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Everyone is always glad to help and give advice. They are not overly pushy like most jewelry stores. They helped me design a beautiful diamond engagement ring, with clear and blue diamonds. They then created it exactly as I envisioned it. We went back to get the wedding ring and again was able to customize it to match the engagement ring. The prices are very reasonable as well, even the custom design was reasonable. Most other jewelry stores had higher prices on their standard pieces. I will continue to go back for future purchases. I highly recommend Medawar Jewelers.
