I have a pregnant rabbit that is bleeding but no babies yet. I suspect a stuck kit. Called to see if they could give me any advice and they told me that since she had not been seen there that they could not help. I dont understand what kind of person that is supposed to be there to help animals would turn a person away in an emergency situation. They would rather there be a fatality and more problems then give some advice! I will never take any of my animals to them!
The staff is AMAZING, they are fantastic with all three of my puppies (my puppies are 11 lol) and my Cat!! We have been taking them there since they were brought home
We just changed from Gaide Vet Hospital to Country Garden today. The staff is so friendly & helpful no to mention the environment in the waiting room & exam rooms were inviting! My Labrador has NEVER laid down while visiting Gaide, not even in the exam rooms after being there for 2 hours. Today he laid down while waiting for his brother to get his exam and neither dogs felt the need to bark!! A stress free visit is what every parent and Vet wants
Found a cat and brought it in hoping to save him. The staff (front desk) were quick to say that they would euthanize him. An office visit was pretty costly. The cat was taken to an out of town vet where we were told he will make a full recovery. Pretty sick that a place would be so quick on just putting down an animal.
Great friendly people. Prices are not bad. They take great care of your animals when they need to be boarded. The rooms and lobby are very clean. They explain everything before they decide to assume that you would like something done. They give you price ranges. They are quick and efficient with the exams. Great environment overall.
