Staff not to friendly...nice sale
SHOE DEPT ENCORE is one of the worst stores I have been to in a very long time. I had chosen three pair of shoes, there was a sign above the shoes with the sale price. When I got to the check out she said oh no they are not on sale. She was rude I told her she had to sell at the price given on the sign. She grabbed the three pair of shoes and ran back to get the sale sign down. My understanding is what the SIGN says is the price. They really need to hire two new staff that can remember to do there job correctly. And that has better Customer Service . I rate this store with a 0. Plus the fact the store could have sold the shoes, now they are back on the shelf to sit for another 6 mos. You have lost all future sales for myself and family.
I work in the kitchen of a restaurant as a dishwasher and I needed a pair of slip resistant shoes, while I was there I remembered that I needed a new pair of tennis shoes as well as dress shoes. I ended up buying 3 pairs of really nice shoes for only $110. Where as if I were to have went somewhere else I would be paying closer to $200. I give their customer service a 10 out 10. :)
They always have the best prices on shoes and the best variety:)
