That's very poor customer service.
I called 10 minutes ago, was placed on hold so the associate could finish the sale at the register, then I hear her greeting several other customers as I'm on hold (after the customer who was checking out had already left), so I said "hello" a few times with no response. I hung up and I've been trying to call back ever since... the phone is still off the hook which tells me that she has not been back to continue serving me.
