Sometimes the wait time can be long but they don't waste time chatting with one another but rather they get right to the business of getting people in and out as quickly as possible.
Excellent place to have labs drawn. Techs are professional yet very kind. No one likes having blood work done but they make the experience tolerable.
Though the staff are friendly, apparently they are incompetent when it comes to filling work under the correct insurance plan. Been spending the last seven months trying to get their mistake corrected.
The location is convenient if you live on the far west side of Jackson or in Spring Arbor etc.
