The center for women's health , Dr. Andinos staff is very rude . They will not even acknowledge you when walking into the office . There are usually 3 or 4 secretaries and they don't even say "hello." They are so rude that if I wasn't already 9 months along I would switch OBS . I'm very regretful of choosing this office !!! They treat you terrible like a number . They prescribed me medication that's life threatening and than didn't even know I was prescribed it !!! I'm literally scared to have my baby .
Overall, a wonderful facility. One less star only for the lab girl and the older women in the pharmacy who cop attitudes whenever they feel like it.
I have always had good service and excelle care from the staff and doctors. Just a great facilitiy wih a great downtown location.
I have never been in quicker than 45 minutes, I get there on time for my appt and still wait. My appt was at 2:00 and I waited until 2:45 to see my doc. I've been waiting 3 weeks for any ultrasound... only go here if you have time to waste. The docs r nice but insistent.
Dr Abdullah , and his staff is by far the worst Dr , and customer care I have ever been to in my fifty years of life..pushes medication on you that obviously gets kick backs from. waited hour to get in,,and spent five minutes with him. went for a bad hip, and he had set up xrays for my femur. I could go on and on about the staff and this Dr. if i could give minus five stars I would..ive yet to get a non narcotic prescription filled after four months..each month they say they have 72 hours, and then they still don't call you back...this was my personal experience with him and his staff...let there 2 star overall reviews speak for themselves..they should feel ashamed..
This place has always been here for me through any struggles I've had, (and I've had a fair few). I see Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Findley routinely. She is under Dr. Rose Johnson. Liz is perfection. She tells you like it is, but makes you feel comfortable enough to discuss the problems you're having and say suggestions and ask question without feeling stupid or like she is the expert. Liz treats my mother and I like family, and I will never see anyone else. I am also endlessly surprised with how kind the medical assistants are. As for the lab, there is a new girl down there who isn't personable whatsoever. She just doesn't know the meaning of the word gentle. I knew it was going to be my least favorite visit when she even made the initial alcohol wipe down on my arm hurt. She also didn't warn me of the poke, (1,2,3 poke, but poke on 2). Most people freak out getting their blood drawn, fortunately I'm not one of those people, but I can see how it would only add to the phobia if they were to be handled by the girl I dealt with today.
