Menards is my favorite store. I go there for everything. And I love the rebate program. It makes me feel like they give back to their customers.
This specific location has the worst customer service. As a national chain the price and selection are consistent and decent, you know what your getting. Unfortunately this is the closest hardware/lumber store to my home so I end up gong there more than I would like. Almost every time I go there I regret it and wish I had taken the extra time to go to another store. The surprising thing is how consistently they provide poor service.
It's a good place to start when looking into a project for your home or a rebuild. Most of the time they will have the items your need but expect one or two packages open due to rude people. If you need a quick snack or pizza for lunch they have it or small selection of can food. They do have pets stuff but manly Dogs and cats. The lines at checkout can be slow at times. This is a 90% chance they will have what you need.

I always go their they have very fair prices. Most of time thy have what I need. Thy have large selection of stove pipe also. I wish thy care few more odd ball sizes. Thy have all categories. Pretty well covers..
