I attended this Snap as I have many all over the states for three years! This time I was approached by a female employee and treated rudely! She spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone and I spoke back to her the same! She told me I was not allowed to wear my work out top there because it revealed my midriff. She also interrupted me halfway through my workout to tell me this!!! I complained to her the owner and corporate about this rule and MOSTLY the rude customer service. BTW Men work out there in muscle shirts that reveal their nipples and others in jeans and sandals and that was allowed. It seemed to me like selective use of a dress code and singling me out! For Complaining and expressing my opinion which I am entitled to as a customer the owner (who was not present) banned me! So if you have a complaint and want to work out there you might think twice about bringing to management! I moved my membership to Anytime Fitness 10 minutes away with a better facility anyway! If you find this rule and treatment unfair I suggest you do the same!

As you can expect the previous reviewer was lewd, rude and crude. She was only at our gym a couple weeks before she was kicked out and is the only person to ever get banned. Many members expressed their gratitude.
We've been coming here since it opened. Part of our routine and wouldn't trade it for any other.
