I showed up while they were OPEN. And they weren't serving anything yet for over 30 mins because they just got their truck in with food? Horrible management. That stuff is meant for when the store ISN'T open.
I like there food only downside is its a bit pricey and they sometimes serve pretzels that aren't freah... No one wants a pretzel they can't bite into!
Worst pretzel place I have ever seen . 1 lady working behind the counter, that was clearly overwhelmed by 3 of us in line. Told us our bits would be made in 4-5 min. 20 Min went by and still nothing. Asked her for a refund and you would of thought I asked her a complex math problem how to figure return amount. Finally said the heck with it and walked out, never refunded my $8.00 . This place needs to shut down.
All tho I have always loved the food here and always had great service. But today it was not helpful I understand you may have to wait at times for a pretzel. But I heard employees talking say how something I orders looks nasty. And they could be working making pretzels over all the talking and I saw burnt pretzels in the front display. Also my pretzel is not cooked all the way
I would not advise anyone to go to the store in Jackson Crossing. I worked there for almost two weeks and seen the stuff that goes on there. It's disgusting, Rats running around, Manager that doesn't know how to manage and employees just don't care about their customers! I seen one of the employees straight up drop a pretzel on the floor and was going to turn around and sell it until I called her out! That store should be shut down!! I was threatened by another employee and called some very vulgar names, I went to the owner Todd about it and nothing was done! It's completely insane there! STAY AWAY!!
