Young staff offering seniors assistance with their bags. Are they taught this in training or just good kids? Either way that got my attention and vote!
Something has happened at East end Kroger. I have gone there for about 7 years. New management? Different employees. Over worked employees?They used to be very friendly workers always asking if I was finding everything. Now I have to search for help. When I find the help they only tell you where you "might" find it. I have asked customers if they know. I used to brag about how great customer service was. At The self help check out, that woman helps when she is done bitching with other employees. Sorry but something has changed in the last few months. I would like to have the old Kroger back.

I'll be honest up front and say that I'm not a big fan of Kroger as a chain. I feel that the prices are higher than other grocery stores. This place is no different. High prices, average products.
Always very nice, polite. Store is clean, meat dept. always well stocked. Just all around a very good place to shop.
