I called an ordered over the phone from Alberta, Canada. The ladies were very kind and helpful with helping me order an arrangement for a friend! However, I described needing a floral arrangement that was pretty, elegant, and bridal-like. These were for a friend of mine who had just had major surgery. The service was fast, they were able to have the arrangement ready in just a few hours, and I had someone pick them up. What was put together was a very colourful, hodgepodge of random flowers; Carnations, Alstroemeria, Roses, Gerbers, Daisies, Irises, purple, red, pink, orange, very bright indeed! Definitely a far cry from elegant and bridal like, but still well received by my friend. They definitely brightened her day! However I would give a lot more clarification in the future when ordering a bouquet :)

I remember getting boutonnieres & corsages from Karmay's back when I was in high school and they were always very lovely, well-made, and reasonably priced. They were a great company to work with. Now that I'm an adult and living out of town, I STILL use Karmay's for flower/gift deliveries to friends and family back in my hometown. They are just a wonderful company to work with! I love their professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness.
