Loving the fact that this place is a go-to for common and hard to find plants and flowers. They're reasonably priced, well organized and sort of eclectic and far from stuffy, which is a welcoming breath of fresh air. Some nurseries have plant experts that seem snotty and quite unfriendly...not the case here. These folks are top notch in customer service and friendliness. I will be shopping here from now on.
The plants survived for the most part. One tomato died, but that is likely my fault. I'll be coming back next year if I get the chance to grow a garden again.
The staff gave me advice for my first garden and even helped me pick out some herbs. I was surprised when I found they sold ghost peppers too. Can't wait to harvest them.
My aunt (and her coworkers) witnessed the driver who walked into her workplace said her name out loud and slammed the vase on the counter. She said the charm on the vase clinked and everyone honestly thought the vase was going to break from how hard it was set down. The driver turned around and walked out. In a hurry or not, can you at least ensure the correct person gets the delivery? I am very unhappy with my overall experience, especially being across the country otherwise I would address this issue in person. I will not be giving any future business to Beck's, I will take it elsewhere for all future deliveries to my family members in Michigan. I simply just do not appreciate the way my already purchased product for delivery was handled.
Put in my first real garden in '17, had a lot to learn (and still do.) Becks staff was very good at answering all my questions, patiently and politely. Had a lot of fun planting, and now harvesting the fruits of our labor with the wife and kids. Thanks Becks! See you in the spring of '18.
So many things wrong. Everyone say the people were nice, well not what I seen. They got our order wrong. We paid for them to places the flowers were we wanted them, when I walked in the flowers were in a box on the floor. So many other things just will never use them again for anything.
This review is only in regards to the delivery driver. Whomever I spoke with on the phone two times (a very polite woman) - she was amazing and extremely helpful!
Anyways - Wanted to send some "thinking of you" flowers to my Aunt in Michigan and I live in Texas.
