The exchange process was a horrible experience!! Received a jogging suit as a gift, wanted to exchange the pants for a different size, an was told due to the fact that I didn't have the receipt and the person who bought them wasn't a rewards member, they couldn't exchange them. It's no wonder they are going under!! They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!
Was rude and would give me cash back even tho I paid cash
Paid $200 for installation only to have the installer turn around and charge us another $200. We will be filing an UDAAP violation with my bank. Typically results in fines and termination of person responsible for those practices. This can of course be avoided if you contact me and remove one of those installation charges. Oh and by the way after your installer put in our water softener our showers and tubs don't work nor does our hot water.
One of the worst out posts of a dying company, their tool selection is laughable and their incompetent employees and laughable prices combine to make a hell on Earth for any "tool guy". And even a "weekend warrior".
Only one register open during holiday season.... Not good... waited 45 minutes in checkout line.... grrrr
