Kohl's cash scammers! Kohl's savings scammers... employees are using my rewards and I spend $$$$ every year especially on Christmas shopping... not one time have I been able to redeem ANY rewards... the manager basically told me to get $&!?&$$ and refused to fix the issue... NEVER GOING BACK not to any location... BEWARE
Customer service is super slow. It noon on Friday, the store should have enough employees to deal with the long line. The store music is very bad and ungodly. Do not recommend anyone to ever go to this location.

I was having issues with getting a replacement item as it was only offered online. Original item was no longer coming up in my "history". I even tried calling Kohls Online while at the store, with no resolution. After being there approx 1hr I was at my breaking point.
