I had signatures from multiple witnesses including a school teacher and a Lutheran church pastor saying she needed to be cared for immediately. No dice said judge Rappley.

I went to this probate court because my mentally ill wife was basically kidnapped from our family and exploited by inlaws for her disability checks. 30,000 later I finally (family or no) took the issue to court, simply asking the judge to have Mary seen by a psychiatrist and put back on her prescribed meds.

This Judge Dianne Rappley felt it was not necessary to have a doctor look into this even tho you, the tax payers, are paying these thugs each month to steal a mom and grandma from her loved ones and exploit her for her ssdi checks. They can have the checks; my kids and grandkids want their mom and grandma back home and seeing her doctor.
