It's a joke
If I could give a 1/4 star then it would be too much. This county has embezzled money from a friend for many years. Taking lots of money out of their check and never applying it to the child support, they have the paper printout to prove this. Then putting them in jail because it was not paid. And still making them pay the support even though it has been paid and being fair is not one of their requirements. JCFOC needs to get their stuff together. They are always screwing up payments and screwing people, whether it be female or male. How can anyone rely on them to be fair when they do whatever the heck they want. And if you happen to know someone who works in the system they can help make people's lives miserable because they use their power to screw the other person, all you have to do is ask. This is the worst county to have to deal with for child support. I feel bad for anyone that has to be screwed by these criminals. They are typical state workers, lazy, just earning a paycheck, and not giving a damn.
If I could post the screen shot of how long I been on hold for it would say over a hour smh... They need a call center!
This place is a joke, I went here 3 years back to get my sons name changed and I lost the hearing due to the reason the judge didn’t think my excuse as he called it was good enough to change my Sons last name. BUT the judge had to take 30 mins of everyone’s time to read a bout a rule that he wasn’t even aware of was a law. It’s was disrespectful and a joke that I was treated this way and that judge should be fired and have his license revoked for making a decision on my case when he wasn’t even aware of the laws, what an idiot.
This place is a joke my husband has a case here and even though his ex and him agreed on things the worker said no this is how it is going to be and his child support got lowered to half of what he was paying and they never sent the new order to his employer to change his amount being taking from his check. We had proof of when we had my step children over nights and everything they never looked at it.
