PARENTS AND STUDENTS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SCHOOL!! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND THEY WILL FIND ANY LITTLE REASON TO KICK YOU OFF AND YOU WONT BE REFUNDED YOUR MONEY! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A COLLEGE EXPERIENCE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! THIS SCHOOL NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN ITS A WASTE OF LAND AND SPACE THE TOWN IS RACIST AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE STUDENTS JUST THE $$$$ WOULD HAVE GAVE IT 0 STARS IF I FOULD HAVE!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
Good School. Great start. Earned my Associates before transfering to EMU. Great for adults who want to go back. Price went up qhuite a bit though. Still cheapest around.
Echocardiography program is a DIY program....don't waste your money. Find a 2 year program where you are actually taught by instructors, rather than being told to read 5 or 6 books and then "let the instructor know if you have any questions."
The Jackson College bookstore has very nice and helpful staffing their. The bookstore has a couple people on the floor to help students locate books they need for the coming semester. They usually have at least two cash registrars going and even three when the store is very busy. The store allows students to use their financial aid to purchase their needed items there. I will say be careful renting books because late fees will cost you much money for not returning or converting to purchase on time.
Money hungry and a waste of time.
Last week had to use the library which isnt usually a problem. I have an associates from JC and I am a Jackson County Tax Payer. I needed a simple admin code to download a required browser used by thousands of schools to take a quiz for EMU. IT wouldnt even come out of their office and kept sending an 18 year old kid to laugh at me. I was treated very disrespectfully and flunked my quiz. Sorry you lose a star.
