Horrible. Roofed my mothers house. This is what she has said, Dan's gave a 10 year warranty on their work and gave me 25 year warrantied shingles. 9 years in the shingles started falling off. They came over, rehung the shingles and said there was a recall on them. We followed the recall process with Certainteed and learned that our shingles were not under that recall, but they tested them anyway and said there was nothing wrong with adhesive on them. I gave Dan's Roofing all of that information and they ignored me for the short amount of time still left on their 10 year warranty. Stupid me tries to give people the benefit of the doubt so I just called each time another shingle fell, then eventually starting asking my son to rehang them. He did roofing with his dad and Career Center for about 5 years. He informed me that each if those shingles he rehung were never installed correctly. They pull right out of the nails and wont adhere to the roof because they weren't nailed in the right place if the shingle. Frustrating to realize being the nice guy means you'll get nothing in return.
I have called this company two times, going on three now with no estimate yet. It has been almost three weeks. If they don't want the job they should just say so. Bad business ethics. I had heard nothing but good about them and decided to try them first but at three weeks for even a call back...I'm about to shop around!
Did my moms roof there was tons used nails in her driveway and yard took us a lot of work me my son and my 65 year old mom so she would not get flat tires? On car and lawn mower it was really bad not just one or two it was hundreds?
Fantastic Job! Complete tear-off, clean-up and install. Started after I left to do something. COMPLETELY done and gone before I got home around 3pm. I never even saw the crew that day, before or after. Very fast and an excellent job at a good price. Highly Recommend!
We had Dan's Roofing replace our barn roof in May 2015 and are very satisfied. They had all the work done in less than 4 hours. Will have them replace our garage roof in 2017.
