Only go when they deals. The food has been always great,and great service. Keep the deals coming and so will we.
Gets our order wrong every single time. Usually small stuff like shorting you 2-3 wings, but one time they gave us another customer's pizza which had NONE of the toppings we ordered. I called and complained to a manager who promised to send us a $10 voucher, which never came. The food is about what you'd expect from Pizza Hut, though.
I just had an amazing experience at the Wing Street in Jackson, MI. My waitress was Chantell and she was on top of her game! I never had to ask for anything. LOVED IT!
