Extremely poor customer service. When our landlord had Production Reality take over the management of our house, they threatened us with eviction if we did not sign a new lease with them. That was our introduction to Production Reality.
When our landlord had production take over the did the same thing with threatening us with evictions if we didn't sign a new lease. The company is just a horrible one and I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from them. Their trying to charge us for things at the apartment we didn't even do, we basically left the place spotless. We'll take them to court and fight it just like when they tried to evict us over "supposedly" smelling marijuana and made me take a drug test just to stay in my apartment with my son and pregnant girlfriend.
Such a great company to deal with. Just bought a house through Production and the process was so smooth and easy. Hard to find honest Realtors in this town but Production has them! Thanks!
