Like a trip back to Jr.High school. The atmosphere at the West side branch was like a bunch of Children in a clique at school rather than a professional environment. More concerned about gossiping than paying attention to patients.Two of the PT's just sit at their desk pushing there work off on others. I did not get proper instruction on how to exercise until 6 weeks in, when one of the owners filled in for an absent PT. Owner was very professional, most of the assistants were great.Not upfront about billing of Insurance
Jerry Malone was my therapist back in October 1986 after I snaped my ACL and had reconstructive surgery. I am still going, not as fast but still going! To be honest of my experience well I have tears just writing this 31 years later! Would really enjoy seeing you for a moment again Jerry Malone! If not for this man I don't believe I would have been able to do the things I have been able to do.
I get my custom made inserts at ORS and love going there. The front office staff is always friendly, and the physical therapist does a great job of evaluating me. I would definitely recommend ORS!
