This place has been our go-to for our cats litter and many other items. We always get per supplies plus cat litter and yesterday we came in and ordered a special order of it because they were out of it. We paid for it in full on yesterday, and upon returning to pick it up today, the manager herself was more concerned about her inventory than the customer. They didn't have the exact item we had special ordered, but they had one of equivalent quantity. Even though we had paid in full, they removed the coupon applied at our visit and charged us extra. It was a rip off and I'm very disappointed. I've never had issues with this company, but this location by far is the worst. I'd rather drive to Chelsea just to get better service. Very unfortunate the manager is such a stickler.

Love their ferrets!! Great products and employees always walk you straight to the product you need instead of giving vague directions. They also give great suggestions if you have a problem.

So I forgot to bring my dog food with me the night before thanksgiving at 8:30pm I call this store that was an 1hr away in desperation. The staff recognized I was in trouble and offered to stay untill 9:30pm (30min after close) so I could pick up the food. Thank you so much for such a kind thing you did for me and my puppy!
