Rates have gone up 50% in six years. They are now well above the area rates. Nice place but not worth the premium charge. I'm leaving.

Kim, the manager at Compass is amazing. She went above and beyond to make my experience of moving and storing simple and easy. Moving and placing my household belongings in storage is a difficult thing to do and Kim's professional management reassured me. I had other storage places in mind and the reason I came to Compass is because of the many calls I made to Kim before my move and the professional and personal manner in which she performs her managerial position. Compass is lucky to have such a confident and valuable employee as Kim.
We found the service here to be excellent. They helped us out during a very trying time. The facilities are super clean, well lit, and very secure. The staff are friendly and understanding of people going through difficult times. We would use them again should the need arise.
