Good service. Nachos are no joke!! You could feed a small army with them for $10. Wish I would've taken a picture now.
We had to clean up the table and stack our silverware before she would even notice to say anything to us. When she did, we asked for our bill because we REALLY wanted to leave at that point. Instead of agreeing, she kept trying to push dessert on us, to which we declined twice. She took another 10 minutes to get us our bill and take our money.
We go in, and it's Boneless Thursday, so we were expecting it to be busy. The waitress who took us to our seats was nice.
If I could leave 0 stars i would. Absolutely terrible. You are better off just buying some wings in the frozen section and cooking them at home because at least you could enjoy them when they are hot. The wings i had got were sitting for so long that the sauce had been completely absorbed by the breading. Not to mention it is the most overpriced place you could go.
The server was friendly. I asked for ranch three different times and then finally flagged a busboy down and asked and he brought it immediately. Everything was served in paper containers which I didn't like. restaurant wasn't very clean. On a positive note, the desserts wee very inexpensive and tasty. The wings were overcooked and dry. But we came on cheap wing day so they were probably pre made.
The fact that it just opened and already has only a 3-star rating speaks volumes.
So we sit down, and our official waitress comes over a couple of minutes later and takes our drink order. Couple of minutes pass, and she brings us our drinks and takes our food order. She brought my boyfriend his beer he ordered soon after.
When we finally got our food, the wings weren't warm or fresh. We were eating, and I did not get offered a refill on my Pepsi, but the waitress kept trying to push more beer on my boyfriend every time she passed our table. My mouth was on fire, and she would leave our area before I could ask for a refill.
Okay. So. Tonight was my first time dining on at this location. I was super excited that Jackson FINALLY got a B-dubs, but after today, I was extremely disappointed.
Now, it was busy, but it wasn't so busy that we should have had to wait more than a half hour to get just A MEDIUM SERVING OF WINGS. Nothing else. The couple next to us got there after we did, and they got all of the food they ordered and got their bill way faster than we did. When they got their food, the waitress came over and told us that she'd bring our food out "soon" --- they just needed to "sauce the wings." 5 minutes pass. IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO SAUCE WINGS. Let alone 40 minutes to make wings.
You have no idea how much we both wanted to just walk out.
Food was awful. Boneless wings had very little meat, mostly very hard breading. You could buy better in the frozen section of the grocery store. Salad was half rotten with the palest pink tomatoes I have ever seen served on a salad. Service was very poor. Will NEVER go back again. A waste of money!
Honestly, worst dining experience both of us have had in a long time. This ruined B-dubs for me. I probably won't be going back for a while - not to this location, at least.
A two dollar tip was extremely generous, given the circumstances.
We were overcharged, but we didn't care enough to argue, so we paid and left asap.
