bought 3 couches from here great service and delivery and setup!
We also purchased a new king size bed 8 years ago. There is a big hump in the middle and a few "holes" from where we sleep. I rotated this bed every 3 months for the first year and every 6 months since. We will never shop at Art Van again. Their prices may be reasonable, but not for the quality of their furniture.
We purchased new living room furniture 2 years ago and had trouble with it immediately. The love seat came with a tear in the leather, so we told the delivery person to take it back for a different one. Within 9 months the recliner in the couch broke and when we inquired about it, they said it wasn't under warranty. We purchased the leather warranty, not the other warranty. So the leather now has a mark in it and we can't do anything about it because they don't think we cleaned it enough, but we did.
So, I just have to say I had a great experience with all the people who worked there when I bought my couch. But after a few months I had some issues with my wrap around. I dealt with so many people outside of Jackson about the issues pertaining to this couch and nobody was willing to help, and actually most of the people I expressed my frustrations to, were quite rude with me. Not very understanding at all. I had asked several times to speak with a manager but nobody would allow me to. Finally I was able to talk to the manager and OMG she was awesome! Totally made me smile and made me so extremely happy with how she understood. She immediately took action to make sure I was happy. I went in today to pick out a new couch and couldn't be happier with how it went. Randy was a HUGE help. Super sweet people who work there! Angie was the manager. I couldn't be any happier and thankful for her understanding! Thank you guys so so so much! Great customer service in you Jackson location!!!!! And that to me, means everything!!!!!!!
