I called and the lady who answered the phone was VERY rude and short with me and acted bothered that I was calling. She kept huffing and puffing when I would ask her questions. I will NOT be going there.
Dr Dana Dewitt himself is a great doctor. I trust his experience in health and treatment. However, his office staff is ridiciously rude and unhelpful. I have been calling all week trying to contact Dr Dewitt and his receptionist is extremely rude and has even lied when asked to speak to a supervisor, to the point of stating she did not have one. Dr Dewitt and the other doctors need to take a serious look at their front office staff and how badly they are treating the patients.
Dr Dewitt has been my Doctor for over 10 years now and has never steered me wrong. He is kind and conciderate, and not only does he listen to what is ailing you, he actually hears you. As long as he is practicing in the Jackson area, I will continue to go see him when I need medical attention.
