Always well maintained, has everything you need to get your car nice and clean. I tend to do it myself but have used the drive thru option on occasion, both are good.
I work there the only thing that would make it better is the people/ customers , if they appreciate the service than let us know by tipping the attendances
Spend 30 seconds of paid time waiting for the chemical to switch over only to find out it's out of that chemical. 1 bill changer ate my bill and then the "out of service" light came on. The other bill changer would only accept bills facing the opposite direction of how it shows to insert them which I actually thought was kind of funny. Glass cleaner machine ate my quarters and gave me nothing. They did refund my money lost from the machines but as far as the wash went I would've gotten a better and cheaper clean with a paper towel and some spit.
absolutely amazing place to go. reasonable pricing, and randy is a great person. 10 out of 10 for service and outcome. would recommend.
Chase or Chad, decided to argue with my mother because he felt it was appropriate to spit in front of her car and then tell her "you're too slow pulling in" as he waas fine letting her car tires rub and found it funny. Yes, he also suggested she go to 1 of the other 9 carwashes in Jackson because she was going to slow and NOT ONE person was behind her. Hats off to you Chase with the ugly white Chevy with chipped painted black rims.
