It's a biggby, they have coffee, they have hot coffee. Sometimes the drive through staff will accidentally get an order wrong, has happened a few times the hand full of times I've been through the drive through. Their staff are usually friendly.
Absolutely horrid service. The assistant manager took our order, and got "confused" when ringing it up and charged the drinks to the incorrect order. One order was supposed to be a large coffee and the second was 3 hot chocolates; but in her confusion she charged one large coffee and one hot chocolate. When we asked what we got charged for, she said "one coffee and one hot chocolate. I guess you can split it between the kids if you want" . Instead of offering to correct the order, she continued to say "well, I got confused". I placed a follow up order for 2 more hot chocolates for the kids, and after waiting for 10 minutes, with no orders in front of ours, the same girl that took my order says "what are you waiting on?". At this point I'm very frustrated and I asked the assistant manager if there was a supervisor over her that I could talk to about the poor service. Her response was to walk away from me. Will NEVER step foot back into this place. Beware of the incompetent workers that they have hired to complete such a simple task as taking orders and making coffee/hot chocolate.

I love some Biggby coffee. I was a dunkin guy until one time someone bought me Biggby and I immediately fell in love. The coffee is so good there, and the employees at this store specifically are amazing. They are prompt, never mess up the order and are super friendly. They greet you the second you hit the door with a smile and a kind hello. I think this location is doing a great job and the coffee is always made perfectly as far as I'm concerned. I stop here all the time on my way home!
