They aren't a Trek dealer - so if that's what you want, they won't be able to help you out. But, they are definitely the friendlier bike shop out of the big 2 in Jackson. I've bought many accessories and components here over the years and it's always a pleasure.

Took my bike in for a repair on Friday night, rear gears with teeth broken off, figured I was going to have to leave it and while I was looking at new bikes the repairs were made and I rode home. The repairs were very reasonable. I rode the next day to Concord and back without any problems, the bike is like brand new.
Our family has purchased 5 bikes from them. They are always helpful with the features of the bikes. The service part is fast.
